The resort is a short two minute drive to access Bryce Canyon and therefore popular with travelers because of this easy access. A number of guest reviews noted that this was the best thing about the hotel.

Guest reviewers with kids made special mention of the on-site restaurant, commenting that the service was quick and friendly. Kids are able to shoot some pool or play darts while adults relax over their meal.

A number of previous guests to the resort left comments that the rooms were a decent size for a resort of this style, with a lot of space around the beds to move about.

A number of guest reviewers left this resort feeling as though they had stayed at a motel instead of a resort and expressed their disappointment that they felt that they had been mislead. Guests also commented that the resort is very old and outdated and needs a complete overhaul of its amenities.

Some guests expressed their frustrations through their reviews about the lack of basic amenity provided by the resort. Travelers who need their morning coffee or to keep things cool or heat things up will be disappointed that there is no coffee machine, no fridge and no microwaves in the rooms. Although a fridge can be hired for a small fee.

Travelers need to be aware that there is no access to Wi-Fi at the resort. Whilst some travelers seemed to pick up some signal from the restaurant the resort itself does not provide this service. If Wi-Fi is important to you check your mobile coverage before staying at the resort.
