The downtown area of Calistoga is just a ten-minute walk, or you can ride the free shuttle. It's an easy drive to several local vineyards and tasting rooms. Here, there are all kinds of activities with plenty to see, do, and eat.

The hotel already provides a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The ongoing renovations are only going to improve on the quality. The hotel also has many amenities not usually found at a Best Western, such as the lovely pool and courtyard area.

The hotel has been undergoing renovations for quite a long time and that noise and inconvenience will certainly detract from any stay. During the day, the construction noise is quite loud. Some amenities are frequently out of order for work, such as the pool and guests won't have many options for common areas in which to relax.

This area is very pricey and popular with tourists and the rate of the rooms reflect that. It's much more expensive than a typical Best Western price and no discounts are offered for the inconvenience caused by construction.

The breakfast here is just an okay meal. There are lots of options, but the items are mass prepared and taste bland. The menu isn't fixed and it can be hard to get fresh options every day. Also, the dining area is small and uncomfortably arranged.
