Guests were pleased to find that the hotel is only a short walk away from the city center as well as many of the attractions of the old town. As the hotel doesn't offer lunch and dinner, guests visited some of the many local restaurants which are all within walking distance where they enjoyed their lunch and evening meals.

All the members of staff at the hotel have been described as very friendly and courteous and always on hand to offer helpful advice with regards to the local area. The hotel owners were highly praised by the guests as they made them feel welcome and often enquired about their daily activities and even presented guests with leaving presents.

Many of the guests were very complimentary about the quality of food offered at breakfast which was said to be very tasty and also plentiful. Guests appreciated the various cold meats and fresh fruit as well as the cooked dishes stating that the breakfast kept them going until dinner.
