Though hotel provides its guests with free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, A few guests were dissapointed as they had to logon with a new password every time they use it. This proved to be very inconveniencing to some.
negative:
Poor soundproofing in the hotel rooms
Some guests found the hotel walls to be quite thin. Guests who had noisy neighbours were left upset as they were continually bothered by their loud laughs and conversations.
negative:
TV channel list lacked variety
Some of the guests raised concerns regarding the fewer entertaining channels available. Most complaints were raised by English speaking guests who found the inadequate selection to be dismal as most channels catered to Thai-speaking guests.
