Positive Reviews
positive:
Ample space.
Around the large pool, guests have found that even when the hotel is full, that there is plenty of space for them to select a spot from. The semi-covered area offers guests either option of lying in the sun, or the shade, while still getting the chance to be outside.
positive:
Great staff.
The members of staff go above and beyond for the guests. Whether it is adding the small touches to complete one's stay, or playing interpreter for those who are heading to an area that doesn't speak their language.
positive:
Fresh, fresh, fresh.
Guests can look forward to great treatment in the housekeeping department. Each room is made up with fresh linens every day, offering guests the opportunity to really relish in their hotel stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not recommended.
For families that are travelling with younger children, they may find that this hotel is not suited to keeping their children entertained. There isn't much in the way of places to see within walking distance, so travel by car is necessary.
negative:
Restaurant noise.
If guests are sensitive to noise levels, it is suggested that they do not book the rooms next to the restaurant, as the level of noise that travels into the room can be quite loud considering. Guests would be better off reserving rooms on the more remote side of the hotel.
negative:
Creepy-crawlies
With the tropical climate that is the norm in Bali, guests had best come prepared and expect to see a lot of bugs such as spiders and all sorts of other bugs. Unfortunately, this is the norm in this area, and guests not accustomed to these little visitors had best bring their bug-spray!
