Positive Reviews
positive:
Rooms Are An All-Around Wellness Centre
If you book one of the rooms with additional facilities like a Jacuzzi, hot tub, or steam room, you won't feel like coming out of your room! The facilities are top-notch and in good working order too. For an extra boost, have one of the many holistic treatments the hotel offers.
positive:
I'll Take The Bathroom
The bathroom in the room is gorgeous. In fact, the bathrooms are enough without the additional facilities. Marble bath, floors, and walls, are spectacularly clean and well maintained. The bathroom is huge as well.
positive:
Quality Staff Complements The Facility
The staff is cordial, accommodating, and sincere about wanting you to have a good time at the facility. The receptionist and other staff are well managed and an asset to the hotel overall.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A Bit Chilly
You may find the water a bit chilly in the sauna and steam room. Keep in mind, that these facilities are outside the room. In addition, the pool and other water features should be better maintained.
negative:
It's Not What It Seems
The restaurant food is sub-par and the variety, outside a ciabatta and burger, is limited. The hotel nitpicks you for money as well. For example, the hotel charges a certain sum for room service, and the Wi-Fi is not actually free. There is a limitation to usage and you pay extra after a certain amount of time. To top it off, there are no cocktails at the bar and you cannot use the spa bath or hot tub after a certain hour in the evening.
negative:
Nighttime Jitters
The facility is a little out of town, which can be nice in summer as the days are long. However, in winter with short days and long nights, it's a bit creepy as there are no street lights or pavement outside of the hotel.
