The central Surfers Paradise location is a hit with guests. You can stroll down to the beach, hit the shops of Cavill Avenue or the nightlife venues of Orchid Avenue, all within a 10-minute walk of the apartment complex, so you’re right in the resort area.

Ocean views.
Guests love the spaciousness of the apartments, and are particularly taken with the balconies. After all, there’s little better than sitting out on your own private balcony, with magnificent views of the Gold Coast, and a glass of chilled Australian wine in your hand.

Great leisure facilities.
The leisure facilities live up to guests’
expectations, and the heated indoor pool and sauna earn particular praise. The
facilities seem to be clean and well-maintained, with plenty of opportunity for
you to enjoy a relaxing dip, and for the kids to enjoy a splash around.

No free Wi-Fi.
Guests are unhappy at the lack of free Wi-Fi – you can only get online in the hotel lobby, and even there, you have to pay for it. This can become pretty expensive, particularly if you’re staying for a week or more, and it’s not particularly practical.

Housekeeping issues.
The housekeeping and maintenance seem to be lackadaisical,
with guests reporting a range of issues, from broken shower screens and patio
doors, to a lack of regular cleaning, or too few towels. Housekeeping
definitely isn’t daily, so you may have to traipse down to the front desk to
ask for things you need.

It can be noisy.
External noise can be an issue, according to guests – complaints about the wind whistling noisily through the balcony doors, which don’t fully seal shut, while others contended with beeping vans in the early hours of the morning. You might want to take some ear plugs in case.
