A Separate Charge for Linen
Guests were sometimes unpleasantly surprised when told they had to pay separately for linens and towels, which are sometimes provided free of charge at other hostels. Although it's probably inconvenient to bring your own linens, you may want to bring a small towel and save a bit of money.
negative:
The Hostel Lacks Atmosphere
Unlike some establishments that offer low rates and are popular with young people and adventurous types, this facility lacks the vibrant atmosphere those properties have, according to guest reviews. As a result, many guests didn't spend much time at the property other than to rest.

Varying Treatment from Staff Members
Judging from the experiences of guests, hostel managers may want to train staff more thoroughly to provide uniform standards of service. Some guests said the staff members were fantastic because they were always willing to give advice and do so cheerfully. Other guests complained the staff were very short-tempered and seemed frazzled when asked for help.
