Although there appear to be minor issues with the rooms here, the majority of guests do describe the accommodation as clean and spacious with good Wi-Fi. Guests have also tended to appreciate the selection of amenities although some do mention that they felt fridges should be provided as standard rather than being available to rent.

The proximity of Miami International Airport has been a plus point for many guests although those who had time to explore the area have also appreciated the reasonable distance to the likes of downtown Miami and South Beach.

Guests have found the staff at this Miami airport hotel offer a friendly and helpful service. Guests have felt welcome and able to ask any questions or bring issues to the attention of staff. The front desk seems to run reasonably efficiently, hence, there are few problems in this area.

Previous guests have encountered some unwanted noise here - both from the in-room air-conditioning units and ventilation fans, as well as from the traffic in the area surrounding the hotel. The problem doesn’t appear to be excessive but may pose a problem to light sleepers.

The number of available parking spaces here is found to be fairly limited. Very few guests have encountered any problems in the daytime but when the hotel is busier in the evenings, finding a free space can seemingly be challenging.

Reviews of this property indicate that there are no other areas where guests have felt consistently disappointed. There appear to be occasional booking/reservation errors and a small number of guests mention issues like failed wake up calls.
