Holiday Inn Austin North, an IHG Hotel (Round Rock, USA)

The staff members were found to be friendly by most guests who stayed here. They were courteous and advised about places to visit. They showed concern for various issues raised and tried to resolve them promptly.

The hotel is located in a nice area near various restaurants and other important stops like a drug store and gas station. The highway near the hotel takes you directly to downtown Austin. The highway was also convenient to other attractions in the city.

The hotel was found to be a clean and comfortable place, as well as the rooms. There were good pillows with clean bed sheets and comfortable beds. There was also plenty of room and the air conditioning was efficient. It was a good value choice.

For the price, most guests expected the breakfast to be included in their stay. They were surprised to find out that breakfast was for a charge. Even motels offers some kind of breakfast included in the price.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and unreliable by guests who needed it work work, leisure or study purposes. It was slow and would go on and off. Guests would have had a more comfortable stay with a reliable connection.

Guests did not like the fact the noise from the upstairs guests could be heard loudly. The steps of people walking back and forth was annoying and did not let them sleep or fall asleep. They would have liked to have quieter rooms.
