Holiday Acres Resort on Lake Thompson has been welcoming guests since 1949 and has been owned and operated by 4 generations of the same family ever since. Located on 1000 acres of woods and water, it is a very special lakeside location, only minutes from the town of Rhinelander, in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Twenty eight, four season guest rooms, 30 cottages with kitchens and 2 vacation homes give visitors varied lodging choices. Holiday Acres welcomes and offers friendly, professional service for weddings, celebrations, group meetings, retreats and reunions as well as traditional couples getaways, friends gatherings and family vacations.
