positive:
Restaurant didn't disappoint.
When it was open, most guests had a favourable experience at the restaurant. A particular highlight was the Sunday lunch, made even better by excellent service and a nice atmosphere.
positive:
Not a bad location.
Guests were generally pleased with the location of this hotel. It was possible to walk to town, and those who decided to drive or take a taxi back were faced with a short commute. The airport was close by, and a big bonus was that the premises were very quiet at all times of the day.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some TLC necessary.
Many guests described decor as drab and dated. It seems that some rooms have been refurbished, while others are in line for an overhaul. Until then, guests tried to focus on the positive, which included ample space, a good bed and nice shower.
negative:
Don't count on the restaurant.
Guests who were planning on having a meal in the hotel restaurant were often turned away. Many said that it was frequently closed at inconvenient times, either because of a wedding taking place or because of limited dining hours. Guests were able to find plenty of selection in town, but not after driving around to do so.
negative:
Wi-Fi woes.
Using the Internet wasn't always a sure bet here. Some guests were let down by slow and intermittent Wi-Fi, especially those with work to do during their stay.
