Whilst the hotel is only 50 yards from the Promenade, the double glazing combined with low traffic volume on Withnell Road makes a good night sleep a reality. This is a quiet family accommodation area, none of the hoteliers in Withnell Road accept hen or stag parties, as a result of which the road is very quiet and respectable. Close proximity to sand dunes and Lytham St Annes.
