There’s Plenty To Do In The Area
You will find the hotel location convenient. The highway is easy to get to and Walmart is literally around the corner. There is a Subway, Safeway, and Outback are within walking distance. The I-40 and I-66 are easily accessible and downtown is close too. What’s more, the hotel is a convenient stop if you are on your way to the Grand Canyon and/or Sedona.

Breakfast Is A Winner
If anything, you will find the hotel breakfast more than satisfactory. Hash browns, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, potatoes, scrambles eggs, cereals, juices, and much more will keep your palette satisfied for most of the day.

This Place Needs A Makeover!
There’s no better way to put it; this place needs a makeover and a good cleaning! Don’t be surprised to find plenty of dirt in various places, outdated furnishings, stained linens, along with a grimy toilet, thin walls, and poor shower pressure.
negative:
What’s That Smell?
A foul odor permeates the air in the hotel rooms. It’s similar to an offensive smell that is covered up by another offensive smell in the guise of an overpowering deodorizer, or heavily scented cleaner. Basically, the cleaning fluids smell just as bad as the smell they try to cover-up! It’s a strange mixture of bad smells all-the-way-round. It appears that opening the windows doesn’t help very much either.

Discounts May Not Be Honored
If you have discounts like AAA or AARP, you may find that the hotel will not honor them.
