Positive Reviews
positive:
Great access from the interstate
Several guests mentioned that they really appreciated being so close to the interstate exit. In fact it was one of the reasons many booked here. Most were traveling to other areas, and found it very convenient to just be able to quickly get onto the highway and speed off to their destination.
positive:
Great staff all round
Again and again guests would mention that the staff were the highlight of their trip. Guests felt that they were very engaged, and carried out their duties in a friendly and cooperative spirit that made them very easy to approach.
positive:
Rooms pretty clean
Though guests did not quite say they were the cleanest rooms they ever saw, almost all guest bringing up cleanliness said that they found their room very clean on check-in.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No protein at breakfast
While guests appreciated having breakfast served at the hotel, since it meant they didn't need to find a restaurant themselves first thing in the morning, they were not very impressed with it. One common complaint was that it consisted of only carbohydrate based foods, with no attention at all paid to the other two macronutrients. Guests would have liked bacon, sausages and the like to have been included.
negative:
Breakfast room very small
Another very common complaint relating to breakfast was that the breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests accommodated at the hotel. Guests felt that even when the hotel was not full the breakfast room could get uncomfortably crowded.
negative:
Walls are “paper thin”
Guests complained that they could hear even low noises like people talking and the TV sound coming from adjacent rooms, which sometimes disturbed them. They felt that the rooms had not been properly soundproofed.
