Many guests were contented with the condition of the hotel's facilities. From the well-designed and spacious guestrooms to the spa and fitness centre, everything is of top standard. In addition, the exquisite swimming pool has a great atmosphere to unwind and take in the glorious views.

Guests travelling in a professional capacity will be pleased with well equipped rooms that are of top standard. The rooms are clean, brightly colored and have enough space and plenty of light. In addition, the nicely furnished private balcony was a nice spot to take in the wonderful views of the surrounding.

It was easy to notice how friendly the staff members were with guests. Often times they would be seen engaging in conversations with guests and always responding to their queries or concerns in a professional way. Furthermore, their multilingual nature proved to be very important in bridging the barriers of language.

Guestrooms are poorly soundproofed
Guests felt that the walls of the apartment were somewhat thin. It was easy to hear background music from the bar as well as loud television sets and conversations from other rooms. This was quite frustrating if you wanted a quiet stay.

In some rooms, guests were frustrated as the units kept leaking water. In other rooms, the air conditioners were loud and not cooling. Those who were affected were of the opinion that the units needed replacing as they weren't performing satisfactorily.

Guests found the paid Wi-Fi signal to be weak in the guestrooms and almost non-existent in public areas. If you are lucky enough to connect, you could only browse at slow speeds.
