The rooms at this property can be well defined as large and luxurious. Past guests have mentioned that the rooms would never disappoint in terms of space and offer you a good night sleep after a tiring day.

A bit away from the city, Nicholas Heights DeLuxe Suite offers amazing views of the ocean, mountains and sea. As expressed by past guests, they loved waking up to such a view in the morning and before going to bed.

Guests have had a relaxing holiday and pampered themselves enough at this property reason being the facilities. Past guests enjoyed the massage at spa, dip in the pool and their workout at the fitness centre.

The bathrooms at Nicholas Heights DeLuxe Suite have not been liked by past guests. In certain instances, past guests have had problems with water pressure and temperature. There is a lot of mold and dirt on bathroom fittings and shower.

Some of the guests have not had great experience with their meals at the on-site restaurants. Guests have felt that there is a need for improvement in food quality, portions and options. The food served at the buffet spread was either stale or cold.

The staff has been appreciated for their friendly service, but there have been instances when guests were not assisted properly because of language problem. Some of the guests were disappointed as some of the staff members could not speak or understand English.
