Positive Reviews
positive:
Easy access to airport
Guests get easy and quick access to the airport from the Flamingo Conference Resort & Spa. Since the resort is next door to a CVS, guests say they can get almost anything they need. A good selection of restaurants is located within walking distance of the hotel.
positive:
Spacious rooms
Guests appreciate that the rooms are kept ready when they arrive. They find the rooms clean and spacious with king size beds and loveseats, besides a workspace with desk and chair. Thoughtful features like curtains to keep blinding lights out and a neatly functioning thermostat to keep up with the weather changes win brownie points from guests.
positive:
Spa and food great
The full service spa of the resort is a winner with the guests in addition to the food at the Terrace Grill and the Lounge. The gym is small; but guests have discovered that by going at an offbeat time, they can use all the equipment they want.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A business center is required
The resort has a pay-as-you-go computer which guests consider is likelier in smaller motels but not in a resort where a business center is expected. To top this, many guests have found the printer broken when they need to use it for printing their boarding passes.
negative:
No free Wi-Fi and breakfast
Several of the guests feel that the resort should consider extending free Wi-Fi and breakfast. They feel the pinch of overpricing as they find some of the hotel amenities like coffee, lighting and plug outlets sub standard.
negative:
Less TV channels
Some guests find the options of TV channels limited; some complain that they have been unable to tune in to San Francisco Giants baseball. Some others have found the parking inconvenient and unable to get space after nine in the night.
