We are waiting for you for a comfortable stay with family or friends in this modern villa with above ground swimming pool and outdoor spa. This cottage enjoys an ideal location to enjoy the ocean, the golf courses, the forest and all the summer activities and entertainment while staying in peace. Ideal for a weekend or a week... Modern villa with an above ground swimming pool (7.32m x 3.66m, depth of 1.32m open from June to September depending on the weather) as well as a 4-seater outdoor spa (usable all year round) are at your disposal for you relax in the enclosed garden of 3000m² with Japanese garden. A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha extend the interior living space. This house (adjoining the owner's personal home) is large and bright. Arranged on one level, it is composed of: a large living room with lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI, NETFLIX subscription, Blu-ray DVD player, sound bar), dining room, fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), pantry (American fridge, washing machine, dryer), 3 bedrooms (4 double beds including 2 bunk beds), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Thanks to the 140 bunk beds, 2 additional people can be accommodated for a maximum capacity of 8 people: a supplement of 50€ / week / person is requested. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen as well as electricity consumption, water and air conditioning are included in the price. Baby equipment can be requested: cot, high chair and bath. Spa included in the price from May to June and in addition from October to the end of April €15/day.
