The original stone Villa Joe, situated in the peaceful village Močići in Konavle, is ideal for a comfortable and luxurious vacation without the hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Konavle, panoramic views of the sea and garden facing the south. Set on three floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space and 800m2 garden. We offer 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. The first floor is the living area, dining room, kitchen, wine cellar and entertainment room with billiards and pikado. All bedrooms and a living room have a flat-screen TV and the house is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection. Our visitors can also relax in "Dubrovnik glorijet", offering a beautiful panoramic view. What will complete holiday four our guests is an outdoor swimming pool of 45 m², Jacuzzi, free bicycles, and children's playground. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a space for eating and socializing (lounge), shower and lounge chairs by the pool. Parking is provided for 3 cars. Nanny available on request from 15 June to 30 September.
