Villa Augusta is situated about 3 km from Fano, ancient Roman city on the Adriatic Sea, where the countryside, sea, gastronomy, art, sport and relaxation come together in a unique and fascinating territory. Villa Augusta is located in the hills overlooking the sea, surrounded by a magnificent garden of about a hectare, where you can relax under the shade of olive trees, walking in the orchard, cultivate and harvest organic vegetables in the garden, ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday in contact with nature. The Villa has a cozy and cool basement apartment about 50 m2 with separate entrance on the garden. Apartment, close to the seaside resort of Fano, consists of: living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with tub; the apartment is furnished with all comforts: fridge, oven, microwave, WiFi, fireplace and wood-fired oven, washing machine, piano, parking inside the gate, in the private garden. We rent preferably for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. Check in 15.00 o'clock. Check out 10.00 a.m. Cleaning and linen not included. Dogs for a fee. Spoken languages: English and French.
