Two story boathouse that sleeps 5 comfortably , complete with downstairs king size bed , bathroom and fireplace. The upper part can be accessed from outside or up the spiral staircase. The upstairs has a living area with two coaches, tv, bunkbed with a double and single mattress and a small kitchenette complete with two small fridges. Use of all three decks, upper, middle and bottom and a 50 foot dock while renting the the boathouse. Water accessories like canoe, paddles, paddleboat, floaties are also provided. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ complete with propane , outdoor lounge furniture on all three decks and firepit complete with firewood. If you want to bring your jet ski, there is a jet ski lift available to park overnight and boat launches located in town or over at the marina. At the time of the rental the owner main be up for the weekend staying in the cottage only , but will not access the decks or docks while the boathouse is being rented.
