Each BedRoom has open air space / windows. 1 bedroom on 1st floor, the other 3 Bedrooms located at 2nd floor. 2 toilets on 1st Floor, and 3 toilets are on the 2nd floor located inside the bedroom. No TV in Bedroom; Living Room comes with 60" flat screen home studio. Diamond Palace is in an exclusive residential area. The place is quiet, with not too many cars going in and out compared to huge residential areas. There is only 1 Main Gate to access in and out of Diamond Palace Residential. There are security checks every time you need to go in and out from the area. The security are 24 hours. So no need to worry about the security, especially kids playing inside the area should be safe enough. There are small Cafe, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Mini market, little playground inside the area. You can used those facilities inside for just a penny.
