The house is located about 100 meters from the beautiful sea of ​​Sardinia, with rocks and sand; the long beach has an area with umbrellas and sun beds and the rest of the beach is free and totally available. Posidonia Holiday home has a private garden with deck chairs, a large porch with table and chairs, a living area with kitchen and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. It is conditioned, has all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, even the washing machine. Private parking is 15 meters from the house. At about 150 meters, in the residential area there are shops , restaurants and a pizzeria. Within 30 km there are the famous beaches of Murtas, Pardu, Costa Rei, Feraxi, the Scoglio di Peppino. It is also ideal for cycling, free-climbing and cultural visits to some of the island's most important archaeological sites. In the house you will find a welcome typical products, sheets and towels at your disposal. It is easily reachable by car from the airport of Cagliari and Olbia. The area is wonderful, not just in the summer!
