Gîte Larchet is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and relax during your vacation or a business trip at the gates of Mont de Marsan. On site, you have various leisure facilities to relax and have fun: the swimming pool (8m x 4m, maximum depth 1.30m) is shared with the owners, bodybuilding equipment is at your disposal for your fitness ( elliptical bike, rower, treadmill). You will also appreciate the large garden with trees and flowers. This cottage benefits from an original and atypical design. Housed in an old barn, the living space is upstairs. The building has retained the beautiful framework and exposed wood for a warm decoration and atmosphere. Located on the same land as the owners, this independent gîte benefits from private access. Parking is on the property. A private covered terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal. For your grills, a plancha is provided. Laid out on two levels, this vacation rental consists of: on the ground floor: - a relaxation lounge area with convertible sofa for a child (10€ / day) - a bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs - a large living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer) - a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. The partition which separates it from the living room is not closed all the way to the top to leave the framework visible A private balcony with relaxation area is available. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen, as well as water, electricity and heating consumption are included. Baby equipment can be provided on request. The washing machine is to be shared with the owners. It is located in a shared laundry room.
