The manager is extremely amiable and will be there to meet and welcome you into your booked apartment upon your arrival. He will also make every effort to help with any requests during your stay.

Some units have a lovely river view, and the hotel is just steps away from a riverside park that's perfect for taking walks. There's also a public pool and a great playground for the kids nearby.

The apartments are fully furnished, with comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchenette, and rooms large enough to accommodate a family or a group of adults comfortably.

This guesthouse is several miles away from the downtown Montreal area, and the nearest public transportation options are a bit inconvenient to get to on foot. Make sure to bring a car for getting around - whether you want to sightsee or just want get to restaurants and grocery stores. There's free parking available, anyway.

Some units have no air conditioning, while others only provide a single window-mounted AC unit upstairs. Make sure to take this into account when making your travel plans, if you're sensitive to heat, as it can get very warm and stuffy in hot weather.

The walls don't do much to block noise from outside or from neighbouring apartments. You may have trouble sleeping if other occupants are being loud.  If you need it quiet, be prepared with some good earplugs - or be ready to politely ask noisy neighbours to keep it down.
