The three tastefully furnished apartments are tastefully furnished in a quiet and sunny location directly on the lake and offer you with air conditioning, free wireless internet access and dishwasher and washing machine exactly the comfort that makes a holiday so relaxing. Both inside and outside you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore and a swim in the lake followed by breakfast on the terrace or balcony is certainly one of the "highlights" of a stay here in Lezzeno. For a little refreshment in between you are in about 30 m away both a private beach and a pool with sunbathing area and outdoor shower (about 8 m x 5 m, weather permitting from mid-May to late September) for shared use with the "Villa Lario " to disposal. Grocery stores, bars and cafes are within a 5 to 10 minutes walk. Nearby restaurants will spoil you with freshly caught sea fish and traditional dishes. Como with its romantic old town is only about 20 km away and also only 8 km away Bellaggio invites you to stroll. For sports enthusiasts there is a water ski and diving school nearby; the house itself includes free canoes and bicycles (use at your own risk). If you would like to be pampered at home, you can book a cook for this purpose (price on request locally). The existing air conditioning in the apartments can also be used in the cooler season for heating. An additional heating is possible on request. If you want, you can rent a boat at a reasonable price. There is a 25 and a 40 hp boat available. A boating license is not required. However, a timely booking is recommended due to the high demand. The weekly rent is lower than the local daily rental price! You park your car within the enclosed property. The approximately 30 m long steep private driveway is not recommended for lowered cars.
