Negative Reviews
negative:
Small, windowless rooms
Guests feel that the rooms in this hotel are very small. There isn’t much room to move around the beds and there is limited storage space as well. This lack of space is even more noticeable in the rooms without windows which are described as claustrophobic.
negative:
Extras soon mount up
While the room rates are generally very low at this hotel, it is important to factor in extras which guests noticed soon mounted up. For example, in order to watch television it is necessary to pay for a remote control and there is a surcharge for pets staying as well. Wi-Fi access is also an extra.
negative:
Rooms lack a kettle
The lack of a kettle and the ability to make hot drinks in their rooms was a source of disappointment for guests.
