negative:
Breakfast room on fifth floor.
The breakfast room is located on the fifth floor which can be quite disruptive to guests on the fifth floor who would prefer to sleep in during breakfast service. The breakfast room is also fairly small and can get overcrowded during peak times.

Beware of additional fees.
It is important to be aware that the hotel charges additional fees including a resort fee to cover certain features and amenities as well as additional fees such as room safe charges and an Anaheim Convention development charge.
negative:
Parking and Wi-Fi issues.
Although not too much of an issue, some find that parking can be difficult to get, particularly on a busier weekend night as the parking lot is also used by visitors to the convention center. Some guests have also complained about slow Wi-Fi connectivity.
