The seven restaurants and four bars were a good selection for many tastes and most guests were able to find something that catered to their interests. Whether it was Spanish, Italian or Mexican cuisine there was something for most to choose from. The bars were also very casual.
The staff members were found to be very friendly people, mostly attentive and courteous to their guests. They had a smile on their faces and greeted them kindly. The service people are also found to be professional and the housekeeping friendly.
Some guests would have preferred for the Wi-Fi to work in all areas of the resort. Some were trying to use it by the pool and found it didn't work. They would have preferred a more reliable Internet to use.
The entertainment options the resort provided were found to be boring at times to the point that guests would walk off in the middle of a show and left. They would have preferred a more organized manner to entertain guests.
