About Masseria Stali, The Originals Relais

Located in a natural setting at the bottom of Serre Salentine, Masseria Stali offers opportunities to enjoy walks among centuries-old olive groves, solarium area, a running route, a cycling path and mountain bike trails. One can also visit the Archeodromo of Salento Kalòs. Its position in the heart of Salento allows to reach easily the best shores of Mar Adriatico and Mar Ionio, as well as the main historical and touristic towns, such as Lecce, Otranto, Maglie, Gallipoli or S. Maria di Leuca. Farming has been following organic standards. Only local seasonal ingredients are used, for the most part cultivated in the farm itself, for example the crops (e.g., durum wheat and spelt) and an excellent wine Negramaro. In 2010 agritourism activities were launched, counting on 100 farm restaurant indoor covers and wide green open spaces. In 2016 20 rooms with 60 beds have been added. It offers activities for its guests as cooking class to introduce tourists to the Salento tradition and bring them even closer; Agri-Pilates lessons for all the athletes who love healty life style, with under the big Olive Tree lessons.The farm is the place for education and training. In the farm there is a new olive oil mill where it is possible to do a visit and a tour follow by the fresh olive oil tasting. Masseria Stali has also a shop for the exhibition and sale of all products.
