Bridal Tea House Hotel (Hong Kong, Hong Kong)

Many visitors have singled out the hotel's friendly reception staff for praise, mostly because they really do seem to care about the welfare of their guests.

Numerous guests have appreciated the fact that this hotel has endeavoured to maintain a quirky, English vibe in its restaurant. Along with a pretty decent Western breakfast buffet and English Premier League football matches playing on a big screen TV, it even makes a pretty solid effort at afternoon tea!

Many visitors have been pleased to find out that, unlike a lot of other local hotels/guesthouses operating within this budget, this hotel provides Wi-Fi which is strong, dependable and - best of all - fast.

Very few guests have liked the fact that Hong Kong's super-excellent MTR (Mass Transit Railway) doesn't have a station close to this hotel. This means that the only way to get around is to walk, take a taxi or use the buses which stop close to the hotel. NOTE: a new metro station is being built right across the street so this will cease to be an issue in a few years.

Many visitors have lamented that the walls which partition the guest accommodations aren't particularly thick here. This means that hearing neighbours talking, watching TV and doing whatever else they're likely to get up to in the ‘privacy' of their room is a frequent concern. Ear plugs are highly recommended.

It is evident that the limited-length beds within the guest rooms aren't designed to accommodate the needs of Western guests. Understandably, this is something which many tall guests have been less-than-impressed by.
