Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent and ample breakfast
The breakfast seemed to be the highlight for most guests. It is very nearly 100% organic, but guests never felt that this stipulation cramped its style one bit. They speak of a typical continental buffet breakfast, but very well put together.
positive:
Very homely feel
This sentiment seemed to come up again and again in guest's comments. To them, the hotel barely felt like a hotel at all, and certainly not like an anonymous “international” chain hotel. They describe the lounge areas on the ground floor as very relaxed, and almost like lounging in one's own place back home.
positive:
Easy to get around
Though situated on the side of Copenhagen with fewer attractions and big shopping districts, guests never felt like they had to miss out. They speak of the busier areas being either a shortish walk, or shorter bus ride, away.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No in-room tea or coffee making facilities
While this wasn't mentioned very often, the guests who did were clearly disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms. While there are great cafes in the neighbourhood, sometimes they just felt like a quick cuppa in their room with no fuss.
negative:
Rooms are quite small
While the public areas are quite extensive, it seems that most of the rooms are fairly small, leaving some guests feeling a bit cramped.
negative:
Quite expensive
Copenhagen is notorious for being an expensive city, and several guests pondered whether they really should have spent the amount of money they did on a hotel room. Some questioned whether they had received good value for money, and others whether they should ever spend that much.
