I've added a speakeasy in the vault to replicate the 1920 era. With the luxury of today. This is one of my homes I renovated , to let others enjoy and overnight with fun , instead of a normal hotel stay. Has King & Queen size beds 1 roll out an a couch. Parking is out front, on the side an also a gravel lot across the street for extra . This is downtown next to restaurants, shopping and near by park. Has a AC unit and controls, with radiant heater through out the building. The bathroom is small due to they didn't build buildings with bathrooms at the time of the build. It was a entrance to the cellar.
