About The Bell Inn
The Bell Inn is a characterful pub and B&B situated on the edge of the Cotswolds in Ducklington, set in a pre-13th century building, complete with thatched roof and open fires.
Each of the four bedrooms has been recently renovated. All rooms benefit from en-suite facilities and include Freeview TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee-making facilities and ironing facilities. A hairdryer is also available upon request.
The Bell Inn regularly holds fundraising events for local causes and charities. There is a pool table, satellite TV and "hook the ring on the horn" game in the lounge area for guests to use and enjoy.
The quaint restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a changing specials board. The restaurant is also an ideal venue for parties and functions. A fully-stocked bar is also available.
The historic town of Witney is conveniently within walking distance.

The best thing about this B&B seems to be the food, which is reportedly outstanding, with many guests describing it as the best pub food they’ve ever had. There seems to be a good selection of drinks, and the menu seems to be varied with something to suit

A number of guests comment on the good location, in the centre of Ducklington which seems to be a pretty countryside village. Witney is also reportedly within walking distance, and guests comment that the hotel offers excellent value for money considering

There are a few reviews given by guests who hired out the restaurant for family functions taking place in the adjacent church. Catering is reportedly plentiful and of a good quality, and staff seem to be extremely helpful in helping guests manage events.

Rooms in need of redecorating.
A few guests comment that bedrooms are tired and in need of redecorating. Furniture is also reportedly old and basic, and guests comment that new furniture and decor could vastly improve the B&B.

A number of guests report problems with the showers, which seem not to stay in their holders, meaning that guests have to hold the shower heads above their heads whilst washing. Some guests also report problems with shower pressure and temperature control
