Silver Ridge is a luxury 5 Star, Gold Award Bed & Breakfast. We offer luxurious accommodation in our three En Suite Bedrooms. Set in Matlock on the edge of the Peak District National Park. A peaceful and tranquil base to enjoy exploring the Derbyshire Dales. Our rural location is surrounded by fields and woodlands and 2 acres of mature gardens overlooking the Derwent Valley. Ideal for local walking, including The World Heritage Sites of Lumsdale Valley and The Cromford Mills, home of the famous Sir Richard Arkwright. Within easy reach of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Hardwick Hall and the market towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Chesterfield & Ashbourne. Our Award winning breakfasts are all cooked fresh to order on the Aga. Homemade, homegrown and local produce used where possible, including eggs from our chickens, breads, preserves and a selection of fruit compotes to mention but a few. We have two pubs within walking distance offering a very good selection of beers and food, we are just a five minute drive from Matlock Town where there are several Bars & Restaurants to suit all tastes.
