Relais Palazzo Palesa is a B & B obtained from a careful restoration of a Renaissance palace ancient residence of the Piccolomini. The palace has stayed there past opulent nobles Palesa, Pope Enea Silvio Piccolomini and the poet G.Carducci where named after the street in front of the palace. The property is located in the ancient medieval village of Celle sul Rigo in the south of the Tuscan countryside and more precisely in the Val d'Orcia. The family-run Relais offers its guests six double bedrooms, bathroom, all furnished with period furniture. Breakfast strictly organic, an ample choice between the old "barn", the royal hall or the garden. For guests there is an ancient library, reading room and relaxation area. The property has an agreement with the famous Spa Fonteverde at San Casciano dei Bagni and specialists in massage.
