Le Stanze del Cardinale is the first B & B in the historic center of Pavia, a few meters from the University, the Fraschini Theater, the Tribunal, the Duomo and all the main monuments in the city center. Opened in 2015 Le Stanze del Cardinale are located into a 15th century historical building that was the seat of the Fabbriceria del Duomo, and later became a residence. The building is vertically structured, like a tower with a central staircase, and is divided into 4 floors, with rooms overlooking either the Duomo or the south side of the city overlooking the roofs and hills of the Oltrepo. This B & B offers exclusive stays in carefully decorated rooms with furniture, paintings and antique and contemporary items, for sale in the boutique below which has taken care of the renovation and interior design. The Cardinal Rooms is a petit hotel model bed and breakfast. The charm of a historic building, in the center, with the interiors of a vintage house and a really special sight, are the strong points of this B & B. Guests can find a unique atmosphere in Pavia but with the details and the attentions typical of a starred hotel.
