Lake View Estate is located near the Greek and Turkish borders, in South-Eastern Bulgaria! In this unique and very affordable part of the EU, a region steeped in history, with a Mediterranean climate and with spacious, lakeside apartments, secluded in nature, there is ample opportunity for both rest & relaxation as well as exploration. Our fully equipped, modern, semi-catered apartments, built on our private & enclosed estate, all have panoramic views of the lake. Lakeview Estate opened its doors in 2017 and is a family run B&B establishment. It is run by a Dutch family who emigrated to this part of Bulgaria more than 10 years ago. Guests have access to the entire 2.5 hectare estate, direct access to lake, can make use of a lakeside self-service bar or the kayaks or bicycles that are available onsite. Excursions to the many nearby historic & natural sites can be arranged as can airport transfers. There is free wifi available on the entire estate and guests can park their cards for free. The apartments are situated in nature, the surrounding area being mainly woodlands. We speak English, Dutch, German, Bulgarian, Turkish as well as basic French, Spanish and Russian.
