The parking is on Old Station Road in front of the hotel, and overflow is behind Ashley House on Sackville. Easy parking allows guests to be able to carry their belongings in easily. Guests are provided door codes that make coming and going a breeze, even late at night.

Rooms are large and spacious with a nice sized shower for taller people. Guests can opt for a twin, double, or family room with a sofa. Lots of space for you to place your luggage without tripping over it.

The staff have been reported to show up late, act lazy, and generally be unhelpful. Many people state that the staff seem to do as little as they can manage, and instead, most guests end up having to take care of things on their own.

They offer Wi-Fi and TV but many guests say they had neither because of the faulty and outdated systems for those devices. It was even very spotty in the front lobby of the hotel. The televisions are also limited in their reception and channels.

Guests that have stayed at this residence report that it has a stale, musty, moldy odour, and that in general the hotel seems old and outdated.
