About Aperanti Agrotourism

Aperanti Agrotourism is a traditional agrotourism accommodation in Cyprus, located in the picturesque village of Pera Orinis, at the foothills of the beautiful Machairas mountains and only a 20-30 minute drive from the fascinating capital Nicosia. Our wish is to offer our guests a memorable experience by enjoying our idyllic countryside setting, tasting our unique cuisine, experiencing authentic rural life and taking part in local activities. At Aperanti, you will have the opportunity to try our home-made products, such as delicious jams, fragrant olive oil, olives & olive paté, traditional cheeses (halloumi, anari, feta), home-made bread, pastries & cakes, fresh fruit juices and liqueurs. Seasonal fruits and olives are collected from our fields just outside the village centre. We also invite you to try our unique cuisine, which combines Cypriot and Italian flavors and uses fresh organic vegetables & herbs from our garden & products from local farmers/producers. At Aperanti, you will be also able to take part in our agricultural/cooking activities, such as participating in the traditional halloumi making workshop or collecting olives to be taken to the oil press or learning how to prepare traditional Cypriot recipes during one of our cooking lesson.
