Positive Reviews
positive:
Welcoming staff
On balance the staff are said to be a helpful bunch. Yes, some reviews say the organization within the hotel can be a big chaotic at times. And yes, some of the staff do not have the best English language skills. But that does not detract from the fact that guests have warm words to say about the staff who are friendly and try hard to assist.
positive:
Good location for exploring
The hotel is only a short walk from a shopping centre and the very popular Pratnaum market. There are also plenty of good quality places to eat nearby, with a the local street restaurants said to offer food at least on a par with that offered in the hotel restaurant.
positive:
Great pool to cool off in
After a hot and busy day exploring all that Bangkok has to offer you will appreciate a refreshing dip in the hotel pool.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not cool enough in hot weather
You may find that the air-conditioning in the hotel is not as cool as you would like. Some guests find that this makes them uncomfortable, particularly in their rooms on a night when they are trying to sleep.
negative:
Noisy public areas
The hotel is very busy and popular with groups. As a result some guests do find it to be noisy in the public areas, for example in the lobby when guests are checking in and out or meeting up and also in the restaurant at mealtimes.
negative:
Wi-Fi service is not good
Not all room rates include free Wi-Fi. Those who used the Wi-Fi said they were limited to one device, limited in hours of usage and that it was slow. If it is important for you to stay in touch while you are travelling you might not find this convenient.
