The hotel location is very central and it's near shopping and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants offering fine dining, and all within walking distance. There is a great Italian restaurant about one-minute away and a mini-mart. The facility is basically close to everything in Semenyak, Kuta, and Legian.
It's great value for money. The rooftop bar offers picturesque views, great TV with plenty of cable channels, the room safe is secure, and the rooms are well maintained and cleaned to a high level.
Staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and friendly. You feel safe and very well taken care of. Staff members will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met at all times. They are a very courteous and well managed group.
The Wi-Fi is unreliable, which is a pity as the hotel is quite modern. It seems as if they would make certain their Wi-Fi is up to par.
Eating the buffet breakfast at the hotel is fine; however, the other food is quite average. The area of the hotel is known for fantastic restaurants, so you won't have a problem to find a super meal. Perhaps dine out and then chill-out at the hotel bar.
The rooms are quite small. What's more, you can't open the windows and there is no balcony. There's no way to “get out” if you need to. It's not that the hotel is unsafe, it just feels strange being “locked in” even if you just want to open the window for fresh air or go on the balcony to relax.
