The location of the apartments is convenient, because it's so close to Lake Garda. Guests said that it's pleasant to walk around the lake and to visit the region's best attractions such as Gardone Riviera and Vittoriale. The hotel is a good base for activities and attractions around the lake.

Many noted that they felt bullied and poorly treated by her as she wouldn't allow purses near the food counter and told guests when they could star serving themselves. Guests described the customer service as “dreadful.”
