Aside from the location, this is the most common compliment. Guests love the trendy design, with the exposed brick and beams, and say it is a bit like staying in an uber-stylish loft.

The location is mentioned again and again. Having the station so close is great for people arriving by Eurostar, or other intercity trains, and the Grand Place is a lively and vibrant square where guests get to see Brussels at its best.

Although prices do vary, many guests felt that they received excellent value considering the hotels trendy interior and very central location.

These rooms have been described as a little too small to be truly comfortable. Also, a number of guests commented that the wardrobe area was tiny, and only had space, and hangars for a couple of items. For longer stays, where you'd like to unpack properly, this could pose a problem.

A fair number are disappointed with the breakfast at the hotel. A lack of fresh fruits is often mentioned, and in general the variety seems to be sorely lacking. Guests for whom breakfast is the most important meal of the day may consider grabbing something at a nearby café or bakery instead.

Obviously nothing the hotel can do about it, but guests felt that this detracted from the very beautiful and trendy interior of the hotel itself. Some just vow to keep the curtains closed.
